Stanborough Park

This beautiful countryside park covers an area of 126 acres, with 2 lakes, and has been awarded the prestigious Green Flag Award annually.

The South Lake is home to Stanborough Activity Centre where you can experience a range of watersports such as stand up paddle boarding, canoeing, open water swimming and plenty more there is also orienteering and a lovely Italian restaurant for when hunger strikes. The North side is home to a more genteel boating lake which provides peddle boats, and zorbing opportunities.  In the summer holidays you will find the park populated with people making the most of the children’s play park and the bouncy castles that get put up on the North Side especially for the little ones to enjoy. There is also a little beached area that encourages youngsters to fish with nets and get there feet wet.  There is plenty of space for picnics galore and games to be played in all the open space Stanborough has to offer.
